2 Ways to Add Water
Open the lid and use a cup or other container to pour water directly into the water storage tank. Or connect it firmly to the faucet, and then turn it on.
High-density Foam Layer
It uses a cyclopentane high-density foaming and stainless steel heat insulation panel to keep the temperature inside the machine stable and low. Long-term heat preservation ensures the ices are not easy to melt and also reduces power consumption.
See-through Window
The transparent window is designed to monitor ice making process and check ice level. The ice maker adopts a system of automatic overflow protection, so you can leave it alone while doing other things and never worry about making a mess.

Return Window
Return requests must be lodged within 14 days of delivery. Items should be unworn and unused, sent back in their original packaging with all tags still fixed. Any product showing wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
To begin a return, email us with your order number and the reason for returning the item. Once granted, we will email return shipping instructions. Unauthorised returns may be refused.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, reach out to us straight after delivery. We will examine the matter and provide a solution if your situation qualifies.
Exchanges

Restocking Fees

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned product, we will email you an update. If your refund is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method. Refund processing may take up to 7 business days from the date of approval. Items that do not meet our return rules may not receive a refund.
