At Turquoise Armadillo, we want your order to reach you as smoothly and as quickly as possible. Our Shipping Policy outlines all you need to know regarding the shipment of your order.
Where We Ship
Turquoise Armadillo ships to addresses only in the United States. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories.
Shipping Costs
Turquoise Armadillo offers free shipping on all orders. No minimum order required.
Order Processing
All orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday will begin processing on the following Monday.
Order Cut-off Time
Orders placed before 6:00 PM (ET), Monday through Saturday, will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM (ET) or on Sunday will begin processing on the following Monday or next available business day.
Delivery Time
Once we have processed your order, we estimate that you'll receive your order in 3 to 7 business days. We estimate that in most cases, you'll receive your order in 4 to 10 business days from the date you place your order.

Damaged or Lost Orders
Carefully inspect your order upon arrival. If you have received a damaged order or if you think your order has been lost during shipment, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@theturquoisearmadillo.com within 30 days from the expected date of delivery.
Incorrect Address
