- Vivi electric bikes are only suitable for road and mountain biking, not for off-road, downhill, or extreme sports.
- E-bikes are not for sale to persons under the age of 18. Underage riders must be accompanied by parents or adults when riding.
- Before riding, please use the key to open the power lock and turn on the top or side switch of the battery (if any). Please turn off the power after riding.
- The riding slope is controlled below 10 degrees. When braking the brake, please brake the front wheel before braking the rear wheel.
- Please wear a helmet when riding and strictly abide by local traffic rules.

Return Window
Return requests must be lodged within 14 days of delivery. Items should be unworn and unused, sent back in their original packaging with all tags still fixed. Any product showing wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.

To begin a return, email us with your order number and the reason for returning the item. Once granted, we will email return shipping instructions. Unauthorised returns may be refused.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchanges
