OVERVIEW
The Otani SA2100 is an all terrain, all season tire manufactured for SUVs and light trucks. Otani offers a 50,000 mile treadwear warranty with this model.
The tire promotes excellent all terrain traction with the staggered block pattern. This footprint enhances its on-road and soft, loose, and uneven terrain grip. The staggered blocks and optimal groove placement provide the necessary biting edges in order to ensure its consistent forward motion. As a result, deep mud and loose dirt terrain traction are guaranteed. The tread's void ratio and open shoulder pattern disperse mud and snow stuck between the tread elements. Stone retention is also effectively avoided.
All season traction is guaranteed as well. The all season compound and the tread elements work together in order to upgrade dry, wet, and winter weather grip on the road and terrain surface. Stronger compound elements maintain rubber flexibility throughout the year, while the tread grips the road. The optimal groove placement avoids hydroplaning during the tire's on-road drive. The grooves eliminate water and slush from the footprint, further boosting wet traction.
The consistent surface contact of the ideal footprint enhances its controllability. The tire closely follows the road and terrain, which increases steering responsiveness and driving stability. In other words, the tire manages to offer a quick and precise steering response, while the structure is secured against the driving pressure. The reinforced internal structure does not allow the tire to deform under the load and driving pressure. This significantly enhances its load durability and driving safety.
The Otani SA2100 promotes a lengthened tread life. The stable footprint and durable compound work together in order to optimize the tread wear rate and manner. Even pressure circulation is ensured with the stable footprint's surface contact, which avoids pressure accumulation and prevents irregular wear. On the other hand, the durable compound decreases the tire's wear rate by using wear-resistant materials. This significantly boosts the tire's service life.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.

Return Window
Return requests must be lodged within 14 days of delivery. Items should be unworn and unused, sent back in their original packaging with all tags still fixed. Any product showing wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
To begin a return, email us with your order number and the reason for returning the item. Once granted, we will email return shipping instructions. Unauthorised returns may be refused.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, reach out to us straight after delivery. We will examine the matter and provide a solution if your situation qualifies.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only provided for items that arrived damaged or incorrect. We do not accept exchanges for customers who changed their mind. All exchange requests must be emailed with your order number and a brief summary.
Restocking Fees

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned product, we will email you an update. If your refund is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method.
