Long lasting weatherproofing protection, Low temperature flexibility down to -30 degrees. Waterproofs and weatherproofs metal, weathered single ply membranes, asphalt built-up and modified bitumen roofing substrates. Water-based coating offers 87% initial reflectivity and 77% weathered reflectivity for advanced energy efficiency. 2 coats recommended for durable protection; dries to the touch in 4 hours and recoat after 24 hours. Rain resistant in 4 hours and superior mildew resistance Formulated to meet and/or exceed the standards established in ASTM D 6083. 10 year warranty.

Return Window
Return requests must be lodged within 14 days of delivery. Items should be unworn and unused, sent back in their original packaging with all tags still fixed. Any product showing wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
To begin a return, email us with your order number and the reason for returning the item. Once granted, we will email return shipping instructions. Unauthorised returns may be refused.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, reach out to us straight after delivery. We will examine the matter and provide a solution if your situation qualifies.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only provided for items that arrived damaged or incorrect. We do not accept exchanges for customers who changed their mind. All exchange requests must be emailed with your order number and a brief summary.
Restocking Fees

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned product, we will email you an update. If your refund is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method. Refund processing may take up to 7 business days from the date of approval. Items that do not meet our return rules may not receive a refund.
