Return Window
Return requests must be lodged within 14 days of delivery. Items should be unworn and unused, sent back in their original packaging with all tags still fixed. Any product showing wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.

To begin a return, email us with your order number and the reason for returning the item. Once granted, we will email return shipping instructions. Unauthorised returns may be refused.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchanges

Refunds

Refund processing may take up to 7 business days from the date of approval. Items that do not meet our return rules may not receive a refund.
