The unique enlarged dome design allows for more comfortable head room while still maintaining that great low profile. Enough room to easily fit two queen-sized air mattresses with extra room for gear and other needed camping items and the built-in mud mat at the entrance helps to keep your tent clean of dirt and other debris. Speaking of built-ins, your tent also includes other useful built-in features, such as the footlocker to the side of the entrance. The footlocker is not only accessible from the outside but also the inside of your tent as well. This is convenience at its finest! Another great feature is the seam-taped rainfly. Your rainfly also doubles as a protective awning over the large D-shaped door and can be rolled up in the back, giving you the ability to create airflow in the ways you want it. Keep it closed on cooler nights to lock in that comfy body warmth or open it up on warm summer nights to feel that cool breeze zipping through. The rainfly can also be detached and underneath you will notice the brilliant full mesh roof design, perfect for looking up at the vast night sky while you peacefully fall asleep. Tracking Your Order

Order Changes or Cancellations

Incorrect Shipping Address

Lost or Delayed Packages

Return Window
Return requests must be lodged within 14 days of delivery. Items should be unworn and unused, sent back in their original packaging with all tags still fixed. Any product showing wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
To begin a return, email us with your order number and the reason for returning the item. Once granted, we will email return shipping instructions. Unauthorised returns may be refused.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, reach out to us straight after delivery. We will examine the matter and provide a solution if your situation qualifies.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only provided for items that arrived damaged or incorrect. We do not accept exchanges for customers who changed their mind. All exchange requests must be emailed with your order number and a brief summary.
Restocking Fees
Turquoise Armadillo does not charge any restocking fees on approved returns.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned product, we will email you an update. If your refund is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method. Refund processing may take up to 7 business days from the date of approval. Items that do not meet our return rules may not receive a refund.
Discounts and Promotions
All discount codes and promotional offers must be entered at checkout. We cannot refund any promotions that were forgotten, missed, or already expired.

The additional charges levied by the bank will be the responsibility of the customer.
