This tent has enough room to easily fit two queen-sized air mattresses with extra room for gear and other needed camping items. The built-in mud mat at the entrance helps to keep your tent clean of dirt and other debris. Speaking of built-ins, your tent also includes other useful built-in features, such as the footlocker to the side of the entrance. The footlocker is not only accessible from the outside but also the inside of your tent as well; this is convenience at its finest! Another great feature is the seam-taped rain-fly. Your rain-fly also doubles as a protective awning over the large D-shaped door and can be rolled up in the back, giving you the ability to create airflow . Return Window
Return requests must be lodged within 14 days of delivery. Items should be unworn and unused, sent back in their original packaging with all tags still fixed. Any product showing wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
To begin a return, email us with your order number and the reason for returning the item. Once granted, we will email return shipping instructions. Unauthorised returns may be refused.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, reach out to us straight after delivery. We will examine the matter and provide a solution if your situation qualifies.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only provided for items that arrived damaged or incorrect. We do not accept exchanges for customers who changed their mind. All exchange requests must be emailed with your order number and a brief summary.
Restocking Fees
Turquoise Armadillo does not charge any restocking fees on approved returns.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned product, we will email you an update. If your refund is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method. Refund processing may take up to 7 business days from the date of approval. Items that do not meet our return rules may not receive a refund.
