Shipping Timeframe
Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
Travel Time: 5–7 business days after dispatch.
Cutoff: Orders after 4:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time) are processed the next business day.
Estimated Delivery: 6–9 business days total (handling + travel).
Delivery windows are projected and can vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other unexpected events.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number. Tracking updates usually appear within 48 hours.
Order Changes or Cancellations
If you need to amend or cancel your order, contact us immediately. Once your order has been shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address is correct before finalising your order. Turquoise Armadillo is not responsible for deliveries sent to wrong or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your parcel appears lost or stuck, get in touch with us. We will look into the situation and assist where possible.

Return Window
Return requests must be lodged within 14 days of delivery. Items should be unworn and unused, sent back in their original packaging with all tags still fixed. Any product showing wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
To begin a return, email us with your order number and the reason for returning the item. Once granted, we will email return shipping instructions. Unauthorised returns may be refused.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, reach out to us straight after delivery. We will examine the matter and provide a solution if your situation qualifies.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only provided for items that arrived damaged or incorrect. We do not accept exchanges for customers who changed their mind. All exchange requests must be emailed with your order number and a brief summary.
Restocking Fees
Turquoise Armadillo does not charge any restocking fees on approved returns.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned product, we will email you an update. If your refund is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method. Refund processing may take up to 7 business days from the date of approval. Items that do not meet our return rules may not receive a refund.
Discounts and Promotions
All discount codes and promotional offers must be entered at checkout. We cannot refund any promotions that were forgotten, missed, or already expired.

This is a standard procedure and does not apply only to Turquoise Armadillo. We are a Netherlands-based company, and banks may treat this as an international transaction. The additional charges levied by the bank will be the responsibility of the customer.

We ensure that all transactions are conducted with the highest level of security. We use SSL encryption and only work with reputable payment gateways. We do not store any card details. The card details will be directly passed to the payment gateway.
