��WATERPROOF & WINDPROOF & UV PROTECTION ��The inflatable house tent is made of 420D high-density oxford cloth, which is durable and practical. The surface of the glamping tent is waterproof 3000mm, the UV-proof inflatable cabin tent offers excellent UV resistance, so the luxury tent is suitable for use in all seasons. As for the air columns, we use TPU material, which is better than PVC, and is safer and more durable. However, it is not recommended to use it for long periods of time in the rain

Shipping Timeframe
Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
Travel Time: 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Return Window
Return requests must be lodged within 14 days of delivery. Items should be unworn and unused, sent back in their original packaging with all tags still fixed. Any product showing wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
To begin a return, email us with your order number and the reason for returning the item. Once granted, we will email return shipping instructions. Unauthorised returns may be refused.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, reach out to us straight after delivery. We will examine the matter and provide a solution if your situation qualifies.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only provided for items that arrived damaged or incorrect. We do not accept exchanges for customers who changed their mind. All exchange requests must be emailed with your order number and a brief summary.
Restocking Fees
Turquoise Armadillo does not charge any restocking fees on approved returns.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned product, we will email you an update. If your refund is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method. Refund processing may take up to 7 business days from the date of approval. Items that do not meet our return rules may not receive a refund.
Discounts and Promotions
All discount codes and promotional offers must be entered at checkout. We cannot refund any promotions that were forgotten, missed, or already expired.

The additional charges levied by the bank will be the responsibility of the customer.
