Warm tips:
At the initial use, it's normal for the inflated couch to become soft because of PVC ductility. This is normal and is not the result of an air leak. You just need to inflate the air bed for 10-15s again to maintain the ideal firmness. Do not wear or bring sharp objects onto the air bed. Clean up the area before placing the inflatable bed to make sure it has long-lasting usage.

Return Window
Return requests must be lodged within 14 days of delivery. Items should be unworn and unused, sent back in their original packaging with all tags still fixed. Any product showing wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
To begin a return, email us with your order number and the reason for returning the item. Once granted, we will email return shipping instructions. Unauthorised returns may be refused.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, reach out to us straight after delivery. We will examine the matter and provide a solution if your situation qualifies.
Exchanges

Restocking Fees

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned product, we will email you an update. If your refund is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method. Refund processing may take up to 7 business days from the date of approval. Items that do not meet our return rules may not receive a refund.
