OVERVIEW
The Gladiator QR75-OSD is a highway terrain, all season tire made for commercial vehicles. This model is made to be mounted on drive axle positions.
The tire can offer great all season performance and hydroplaning resistance. The ribbed tread pattern maintains close road contact in all weather conditions. At the same time, the compound protects the tire and keeps it flexible in warmer and cold temperatures. These elements increase dry, wet, and winter weather traction. Also, the model can resist hydroplaning, thanks to the wide circumferential grooves. They eliminate water and slush from the footprint, promoting a safe year-round performance.
The ribbed tread pattern and the close road contact boost steering responsiveness and driving stability. The steering response time is faster and more precise to the driver's commands, while the structure is secured against driving pressure. On the other hand, the outer ribs strongly grip the road surface with extra biting edges, upgrading cornering. It can easily improve the overall controllability and maneuvering and ensure the driver's optimal control over the vehicle.
The model also extends its service life and usability. The ribbed tread design is able to evenly distribute driving pressure along the tread area, providing even wear. The wear-resistant rubber compound slows the treadwear rate down, offering reduced wear. Return Window
Return requests must be lodged within 14 days of delivery. Items should be unworn and unused, sent back in their original packaging with all tags still fixed. Any product showing wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
To begin a return, email us with your order number and the reason for returning the item. Once granted, we will email return shipping instructions. Unauthorised returns may be refused.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, reach out to us straight after delivery. We will examine the matter and provide a solution if your situation qualifies.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only provided for items that arrived damaged or incorrect. We do not accept exchanges for customers who changed their mind. All exchange requests must be emailed with your order number and a brief summary.
Restocking Fees
Turquoise Armadillo does not charge any restocking fees on approved returns.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned product, we will email you an update. If your refund is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method. Refund processing may take up to 7 business days from the date of approval. Items that do not meet our return rules may not receive a refund.
