1. Please ensure that the power has been cut off during cleaning. Please do not use abrasive sponges or scouring pads. Instead, use soft cloth, kitchen absorbent paper, and specific cleaning agents.
2. Please note that compared to an induction cooker, when using a cooker with a thick bottom, the product initially heats up slowly and will heat up after a few minutes.
3. Please read the English manual completely before using it, and pay particular attention to the safety instructions included.
4. As the product does not include a power plug, please have professional personnel install it.
5. Please carefully check the size before purchasing, and use a high-temperature-resistant flat-bottomed pot. The foods are not included.
6. The inside of the furnace adopts computer temperature sensing technology. When the temperature inside the furnace is too high and the pot cannot absorb it in time, the temperature sensor sends instructions to reduce the power of the furnace to work, and at this time, the furnace will go dark. When the internal temperature of the furnace is fully absorbed, the temperature sensor allows the furnace to operate at full power, and the furnace lights up again. Return Window
Return requests must be lodged within 14 days of delivery. Items should be unworn and unused, sent back in their original packaging with all tags still fixed. Any product showing wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.
